PulseSunUltra (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a personal finance and expense tracking application for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Summary
- You enter and control your own financial records.
- Your ledger, preferences, categories, tags, and receipt images are stored on your device.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not operate user accounts or advertising profiles within the App.
2. Information You Provide
The App may store the following information that you choose to enter or attach:
- Transaction details such as amount, date, category, notes, and tags
- Budget limits, opening balances, and monthly savings goals
- Display currency preference
- Custom category and tag labels
- Receipt photos captured with the camera or selected from your photo library
3. How We Use Information
Information you provide is used solely to operate App features, including:
- Recording and organizing income and expenses
- Displaying summaries, charts, and monthly insights
- Applying budgets and savings goal progress
- Attaching receipt images to specific transactions
- Exporting your ledger when you choose to share a CSV file
4. Device Permissions
The App may request access to:
- Camera — to capture receipt photos for your transactions.
- Photo Library — to attach existing receipt images to your transactions.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. If permission is denied, you may still use the App without attaching receipt images.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Your data remains on your iPhone unless you export it or delete it within the App. You may remove all App data at any time using the “Clear All Data” option in Settings. Uninstalling the App removes App data stored on the device, subject to iOS system behavior and backups.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information leaves your device only when you actively choose to export or share content (for example, sharing a CSV export through the iOS share sheet).
7. Analytics and Tracking
PulseSunUltra does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not build advertising profiles from your financial records.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We design the App to keep your information under your control on your device. Please use a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to help protect access to your phone and App data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
