Summary: LexiNovaMax is designed for local, user-controlled record keeping. Your portfolio entries, transaction logs, watchlist items, notes, and receipt images are stored on your device. We do not sell your personal data. The app does not provide trading, wallet services, or financial advice.
1. Who We Are
LexiNovaMax ("the App") is published for users who want to manually track virtual currency and digital asset holdings, transactions, and related notes. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at LexiNovaMax@icloud.com.
2. Information You Provide
You may enter or attach the following information inside the App:
- Asset symbols, names, quantities, purchase prices, and current prices
- Buy, sell, and transfer transaction records, including fees and notes
- Watchlist entries with target buy/sell prices
- Optional receipt photos captured with the camera or selected from your photo library
- Personal notes and memos related to holdings or transactions
This information is created by you and remains under your control.
3. How We Use Information
Information you enter is used only to provide App functionality, including:
- Displaying portfolio summaries, analytics, and performance calculations
- Maintaining your transaction journal and watchlist
- Storing and showing receipt images linked to your records
- Exporting your records as CSV when you choose to export
We do not use your portfolio content for advertising, profiling, or automated financial recommendations.
4. Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Camera: To capture receipt photos for your investment records.
- Photo Library: To attach existing receipt images to holdings or transactions.
You can deny these permissions and still use most record-keeping features. Receipt attachment features require the relevant permission.
5. Local Storage
Your holdings, transactions, watchlist entries, and receipt image files are stored locally on your device. Data is not uploaded to our servers as part of normal portfolio record keeping.
You may delete all locally stored App data at any time through Compliance > Clear All Data. This action permanently removes holdings, transactions, watchlist entries, and related local archives from the App.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your locally stored portfolio content with third parties except:
- When you explicitly export or share data using iOS sharing features
- When required to comply with applicable law or valid legal process
7. Data Retention
Your records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, use Clear All Data, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored App data depending on your device settings and iOS behavior.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate for a local record-keeping app, including on-device storage and iOS platform protections. No method of electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for securing access to your device.
9. Children's Privacy
LexiNovaMax is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Your Choices
- Choose whether to grant camera or photo library access
- Edit or delete individual holdings, transactions, and watchlist items
- Export your records for personal backup
- Delete all App data through the in-app clear-data control
11. Important Disclaimer
LexiNovaMax is a personal investment record-keeping tool only. It does not facilitate cryptocurrency trading, wallet management, account linking, or real-time market data feeds. All prices and values must be entered manually by you. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
